《小骨：英雄殺手》中的特殊成就是非常多的，不祥之兆成就就是其中一個，而想要做這個成就只需要擁有預(yù)兆刻印即可，難度增加會解鎖建筑物，之后過關(guān)的獎勵箱子會出現(xiàn)紫色的預(yù)兆寶箱。

難度增加會解鎖建筑物，之后過關(guān)的獎勵箱子會出現(xiàn)紫色的預(yù)兆寶箱，里面會固定掉落一個帶有預(yù)兆詞條的裝備，裝備上一次就可以獲得成就，如圖下。

Increasing the difficulty will unlock the building, and then the level chest will drop the equipment of the Omen entry, which can be used once to unlock the achievement (see below).
